Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

DROPKER INVESTMENTS, S.L. is the DATA CONTROLLER for the processing of the USER’s personal data and informs you that such data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

What do we process your personal data for and why do we do it?

Depending on the form through which we have obtained your personal data, we will process it confidentially for the following purposes:

How long will we keep your personal data?

Data will be kept for no longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing or for as long as there are legal requirements that mandate its retention. When it is no longer necessary, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure data anonymization or complete destruction.

Who do we share your personal data with?

No disclosure of personal data to third parties is planned, except where necessary for the development and execution of the processing purposes, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the DATA CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processor agreements required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

The USER has the following rights:

  • The right to withdraw consent at any time.

  • The right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of your data, and the right to restrict or object to its processing.

  • The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

USERS, by ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to process their request by the provider, and that the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER is truthful and undertakes responsibility for communicating any changes to it.

The DATA CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If all required data is not provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services offered will fully meet your needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the DATA CONTROLLER is complying with all provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and expressly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.

The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has provided them with adequate information so that they may exercise those rights.
